ComparisonMode
Overview
ComparisonMode is an enum in Aspose.PDF FOSS for .NET.
How the side-by-side comparer treats whitespace when extracting the texts to diff.
This enumeration defines 3 values: Normal, IgnoreSpaces, ParseSpaces.
Values
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
Normal | Compare the extracted text runs as-is. |
IgnoreSpaces | Ignore all whitespace: only non-space characters are compared. |
ParseSpaces | Reconstruct inter-word spaces and line breaks from glyph geometry and include them in the comparison. |
